Village Hall Village of Lombard 255 East Wilson Ave. Lombard, IL 60148 villageoflombard.org Minutes St. Charles Road TIF 1 -West District Joint Review Board Meeting Friday, August 11, 2017 3:00 PM Village Hall - Community Room (Immediately following the completion of the Downtown TIF meeting) 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 3:49 p.m. by President Giagnorio. 2.0 Roll Call of Joint Review Board Members Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Jamie Cunningham, Assistant Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development; and Thomas Bayer, Village Attorney Other: Robert Rychlicki, Kane McKenna & Associates Inc. 3.0 Public Participation There was no public participation. 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Michael Mariani, seconded by Paul Lauricella, to approve the minutes of the August 6, 2016 meeting. The motion passed by unanimous consent of the members present. 5.0 Unfinished Business There was no unfinished business. 6.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2016 and reviewed the report. She said no grants were applied for and noted the expense for Village of Lombard Page 1 St. Charles Road TIF 1 -West District Minutes August 11, 2017 Joint Review Board Meeting the Great Western Trail. Mr. Heniff discussed a new project at the former Allied Drywall of twelve new single-family homes. Construction should begin summer 2017. No TIF assistance was given for the project. Mr. Hoss asked if a TIF boundary can be amended to take a parcel out of the TIF. Mr. Heniff said yes, with Village Board approval, though staff has not discussed that option. The TIF ends in 2027. 7.0 Other Business There was no other business 8.0 Information Only None 9.0 Adjournment On a motion by Paul, Second by Michael, the meeting was adjourned at 3:52 p.m. All members present voted in favor of the motion.
