Village Hall Village of Lombard 255 East Wilson Ave. Lombard, IL 60148 villageoflombard.org Minutes St. Charles Road TIF 1 -West District Joint Review Board Meeting Thursday, August 9, 2018 10:00 AM Village Hall - Community Room (Immediately following the completion of the Downtown TIF meeting) 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 10:04 a.m. by President Giagnorio. 2.0 Roll Call Present: Laura Berens (District 87), John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard) Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Tim Sexton, Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development 3.0 Public Participation There was no public participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by John Dillon, seconded by Laura Berens to approve the minutes for the August 11, 2017 meeting. The motion passed by unanimous consent of the members present. 5.0 Appointment of the Public Member of the Joint Review Board None 6.0 Unfinished Business None 7.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2017 and reviewed the report. She said there were the usual expenses and the remaining portion of a façade grant at 130 E. St. Charles Rd was paid out.
