Plum Memorial Library District Public Member Tuesday, July 30, 2019 9:00 AM Village Hall - Community Room (Immediately following the completion of the Downtown TIF meeting) 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 9:06 a.m. by President Giagnorio. 2.0 Roll Call Present: John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard), Dave MacKenzie (DuPage County) Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Jamie Cunningham, Assistant Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development. 3.0 Public Participation There was no public participation. 4.0 Approval of Minutes Motion by Keith Giagnorio, second by Dave MacKenzie. The minutes for the August 9, 2018 meeting were approved. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 5.0 Appointment of the Public Member of the Joint Review Board Village of Lombard Page 1 St. Charles Road TIF 1 -West District Minutes July 30, 2019 Joint Review Board Meeting On a motion by Keith Giagnorio, with a second by Dave MacKenzie, John Dillon was appointed the public member. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 6.0 Unfinished Business There was no unfinished business 7.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2018 and reviewed the report. She said there were the usual expenses and no TIF development occurred. 8.0 Other Business There was no other business. 9.0 Information Only 10 Adjournment Motion by Keith Giagnorio, second by Dave McKenzie.
