Plum Memorial Library District Public Member St. Charles Road TIF 1 -West District Minutes November 2, 2022 Joint Review Board Meeting 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Call to Order 9:05 AM by President Giagnorio 2.0 Roll Call Present: John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard), Nadia Hajduk (York Township) Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Tim Sexton, Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development; Rhonda Heabel, Assistant Director of Finance 3.0 Public Participation None 4.0 Approval of Minutes Motion by John Dillon, second by Keith Giagnorio the August 30, 2021 minutes were approved. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 5.0 Unfinished Business None 6.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2021 and reviewed the report. There were no major expenses. The Vet Hospital will be holding a neighborhood meeting soon regarding a future redevelopment of their site and the Ice House site, which was demolished. They plan on building a two-story vet hospital with a small retail building. She said Righteous Kitchen at 390 E.
