Plum Memorial Library District Public Member Tuesday, July 30, 2019 9:00 AM Village Hall - Community Room (Immediately following the completion of the Downtown TIF and St. Charles Road TIF 1-West meetings) 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Call to Order 9:08 AM by President Giagnorio. 2.0 Roll Call Present: John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard), Dave MacKenzie (DuPage County Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Jamie Cunningham, Assistant Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development 3.0 Public Participation There was no public participation. 4.0 Approval of Minutes Approval of minutes: On a motion by Keith Giagnorio, second by John Dillon, the minutes for the August 9, 2018 meeting were approved. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 5.0 Appointment of the Public Member of the Joint Review Board Village of Lombard Page 1 St. Charles Road TIF 2 - East District Minutes July 30, 2019 Joint Review Board Meeting On a motion by Keith Giagnorio, with a second by Dave MacKenzie, John Dillon was appointed the public member. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 6.0 Unfinished Business There was no unfinished business. 7.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2018 and reviewed the report. No TIF development has occurred. She said that Oak View Estates received zoning entitlements for twelve (12) new townhomes, next to the existing condo building. No TIF assistance was given for the townhomes. However, the project has not started and the land is currently for sale. 8.0 Other Business There was no other business. 9.0 Information Only 10.
