Plum Memorial Library District Public Member St. Charles Road TIF 2 - East District Minutes November 2, 2022 Joint Review Board Meeting 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Call to Order 9:10 AM by President Giagnorio 2.0 Roll Call Present: John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard), Nadia Hajduk (York Township), Ed Hoster (District 88), Jeff Eagan (District 45) 3.0 Public Participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes On a motion by Keith Giagnorio, second by Ed Hoster, the August 30, 2021 minutes were approved. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 5.0 Unfinished Business 6.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2021 and reviewed the report. No TIF development occurred. She said Oakview Estates is under consideration for an apartment building, a new building at Recycled Auto Parts was approved, and Four Paws is now open at 740 E. St. Charles Road. Mr. Heniff said the TIF will expire in 2027. He noted that Recycled Auto Parts has discussed a possible façade grant. Mr. Dillon asked about the gas station at St. Charles Rd and Westmore Rd.
