1. 22-004SA Recommendation to approve the minutes for the City of Long Beach as the
Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Long
Beach meeting held Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
2. 22-005SA Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute any and all
documents necessary to remove the Successor Agency to the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Long Beach as a responsible party
to the Owner Participation Agreement, dated September 12, 2000,
between Coventry Long Beach Plaza, LLC, the City of Long Beach and
the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Long Beach, and find that such
removal is in the best interests of the affected taxing entities. (District 1)
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.

3. 22-006SA Recommendation to adopt resolution declaring Successor Agency-owned
property located at 1827 Pacific Avenue (APN: 7209-022-900) (Subject
Property) as "surplus land" as defined in Government Code Section 54220
et seq.; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to take any actions
and execute any documents necessary to ensure compliance with the
Surplus Land Act and State regulations relating thereto. (District 7)
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.

public within the Agency's jurisdiction. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes
unless that time is extended by the Agency.
