Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 22-005SA Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute any and all documents necessary to remove the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Long Beach as a responsible party to the Owner Participation Agreement, dated September 12, 2000, between Coventry Long Beach Plaza, LLC, the City of Long Beach and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Long Beach, and find that such removal is in the best interests of the affected taxing entities.
