Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 24-52603 Recommendation to approve a proposal from Quality Commercial Cleaning Inc (dba Spectrum Facility Maintenance) to provide sidewalk and alley steam cleaning services through September 30, 2024 at a cost of $49,600.00, and approve an optional as-needed second service weekly steam cleaning proposal at a monthly cost of $6,495.00.
