(AssetWorks), of Wayne, PA, for the purchase of software, hardware, and continued support of the M-5 Fleet Management database and to provide expanded capacity and functionality in the existing and associated City of Long Beach systems, to increase the annual contract amount by $401,320, and authorize a ten (10) percent contingency in the amount of $57,632, for a revised total annual amount not to exceed $633,952; and Increase appropriation in the Fleet Services Fund Group in the Financial Management Department, by $401,320, offset by funds available generated by revenue collected by user departments through the Fleet Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
