District Priority Funds, transferred from the Citywide Activities Department, to
provide a donation to the Naples Improvement Association for the Naples Annual
Holiday Boat Parade; and
Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities
Department by $5,000, to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.

the El Dorado Library
• $250 to the Salvation Army Long Beach Red Shield to support their annual
Christmas Kettle Dinner; and

7. 23-51502 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents
necessary to amend Contract No. 35529 with AssetWorks, Inc. (AssetWorks), of
Wayne, PA, for the purchase of software, hardware, and continued support of the
M-5 Fleet Management database and to provide expanded capacity and
functionality in the existing and associated City of Long Beach systems, to increase
the annual contract amount by $401,320, and authorize a ten (10) percent
contingency in the amount of $57,632, for a revised total annual amount not to
exceed $633,952; and
Increase appropriation in the Fleet Services Fund Group in the Financial
Management Department, by $401,320, offset by funds available generated by
revenue collected by user departments through the Fleet Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU). (Citywide)

duty vehicles, in an aggregate annual amount of $750,000, for a period of two
years; and authorize a 15 percent contingency of $112,500, for a total aggregate
annual amount not to exceed $862,500, with the option to renew for three additional
one-year periods; and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all
documents necessary to enter into the contracts, including any necessary
