Office or Department: City Clerk Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-52042 Recommendation to adopt resolution approving the Annual Report for October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, for the Zaferia Parking and Business Improvement Area, declaring its intention to levy the annual business assessment, and setting the date of the public meeting for March 12, 2024, and the date of the public hearing for April 2, 2024. (Citywide) Office or Department: Health and Human Services Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 7. 24-52044 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement and all necessary documents or subcontracts including any subsequent amendments extending the grant term or changing the amount of the award, with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Center for Laboratory Sciences (CLS), to accept and expend grant funding in an amount of $97,500, for Public Health Microbiologist (PHM) training activities, for a period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026; and Increase appropriations in the Health Fund Group in the Health and Human Services Department by $97,500, offset by grant revenue.
