REGULAR AGENDA 1. 22-017CH Recommendation to receive and file for final action, a memo regarding the interpretation and implementation of the Historic District Design Guidelines, Historic District Ordinances and Architectural Style Guides relating to substitutes materials on existing contributing structures, non-contributors and new construction. The use of substitute materials for windows and siding will continue to be prohibited on contributing structures in historic districts but will no longer be prohibited on non-contributing structures built outside the period of significance, or on detached new construction. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. The existing two-story structure at the rear of the site is not a contributing structure within California Heights Historic District. (District 5) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. The existing property is not a contributing property within Drake Park/Willmore City Historic District. (District 1) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
