1. 22-035CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish
an existing garage, construct a 684-square-foot rear detached three-car
garage with a 114-square-foot storage/laundry room and a
798-square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) above, at the rear of the
lot. The proposed project at 916 Coronado Avenue is in the Two-Family
Residential - Standard Lots (R-2-N) Zoning District and is a contributor to
the Rose Park Historic District. No changes are proposed to the primary
residence at the front of the lot. (District 2)
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.

2. 22-033CH A request that the Cultural Heritage Commission review the landmark
nomination, background materials and recommend that the City Council
designate a one-story commercial building located at 822 Willow Street as
a Historic Landmark. (District 7)
Suggested Action: Continue Item to November 29, 2022.
3. 22-034CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct
a 371 square-foot single-story rear addition with a 33 square-foot rear
porch, to a single-family residence. The property is located at 922 Molino
Avenue, in the R-2-N Zoning District. The existing dwelling is a contributor
to the Rose Park Historic District. (District 2)
