OCEAN BLVD CIVIC CHAMBERS AND TELECONFERENCE, 5:00 PM DIRECTOR'S REPORT REGULAR AGENDA 1. 22-041CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish a detached dwelling with an attached one-car garage and a detached two-car garage, and to construct a two-story building consisting of a 2,694-square-foot dwelling with Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU), and a 1,113-square-foot, four-car garage. The property is located at 3115 and 3119 E. Ocean Boulevard, in the R-2-L Zoning District. The existing residence located at the front of the lot, is non-contributor to the Bluff Park Historic District. (District 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
