Suggested Action: Approve recommendation 3. 22-027HR Recommendation to approve the amendment to Recommendation #5 of the Equity and Human Relations Commission's letter on the City's use of Facial Recognition Technology. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation 4. 22-028HR Recommendation to receive and file a presentation from the Office of the City Attorney on the Brown Act and Public Records Act.
