Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-52430 Recommendation to discuss a draft letter to the Mayor and the City Council requesting additional efforts be made to fill the Equity and Human Relations Commission vacant seats; and if appropriate, approve said letter to be sent to the Mayor and City Council. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-52431 Recommendation to receive and file a report from current Ad Hoc Committees; discuss anticipated Ad Hoc Committees for upcoming projects; and, if appropriate, take action to dissolve or create Ad Hoc Committees. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 24-52432 Recommendation to receive and file a monthly update from the Office of Equity. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
