Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 22-063EC Recommendation to conduct a study session on the Commission's Disclosure Policy and the Disclosure Policy Benchmarking Report; and, if necessary, adopt resolution amending the Rules and Procedures of the Ethics Commission to include the Disclosure Policy. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 22-072EC Recommendation to authorize Ethics Commissioners to speak at the City Council meeting on behalf of the Ethics Commission to support the amendment to the Long Beach Municipal Code to adopt a revised Code of Conduct and Ethics.
