Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 23-25093 Recommendation to receive and file a monthly update from the Ethics Officer. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 23-25094 Recommendation to receive and file a report from the Ad Hoc Committees; discuss anticipated Ad Hoc Committees for upcoming projects; and, if appropriate, take action to dissolve or create Ad Hoc Committees.
