Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 7. 23-51532 Recommendation to receive and file a monthly update from the Ad Hoc Committee on Updated Policies. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 8. 23-51534 Recommendation to reauthorize the Ad Hoc Committee on the Lobbyist Ordinance and the Ad Hoc Committee on Updated Policies to continue working on their respective recommendations to the Commission in 2024. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 9. 23-51533 Recommendation to discuss anticipated Ad Hoc Committees for upcoming projects; and, if appropriate, take action to dissolve or create Ad Hoc Committees.
