Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 22-008FA Recommendation to adopt resolution of the Finance Authority of Long Beach amending Resolution No. F.A.L.B. 2022-03 adopted on April 5, 2022, authorizing the issuance and sale of its Finance Authority of Long Beach Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2022, to finance and refinance various capital projects approving the form and authorizing execution of related documents and approving related official actions. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
