(Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-52886 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP HE-23-309 and award a contract to Caravana Furniture Inc, of Long Beach, CA for furnishing and delivering essential home furnishings and related services to program participants in our low- income and homeless programs in a total annual amount not to exceed $850,000, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the Housing Authority Executive Director, or designee, to execute all necessary documents to enter into the contract, including any necessary subsequent amendments.
