(Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-53898 Recommendation to adopt resolution for a comprehensive update to the Housing Authority Administrative Plan, to incorporate all new Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations and multiple local policy changes.
