Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 22-0291 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for December 2021. (Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 22-0292 Recommendation to authorize the Long Beach Housing Authority, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 36189 with Corporate Business Interiors (CBI), of Newport Beach, CA, for the purchase of items to furnish the new Housing Authority building located at 1500 Hughes Way, to increase the contract amount by $200,000, for a revised contract amount not to exceed $1,300,000, and extend the term of the contract to January 14, 2023. (Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 22-0293 Recommendation to authorize the Long Beach Housing Authority, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 34756 with BDO USA, LLP, formerly Casterline Associates, P.C., of Philadelphia for professional accounting services, to increase the contract amount by $210,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $910,000, and extend the term of the contract to December 31, 2022.
