Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 23-51654 Recommendation to adopt resolution of the board of directors of the Long Beach Bond Finance Authority authorizing the execution of amendments to the existing Prepaid Natural Gas Purchase and Sale Agreement dated September 12, 2007 between the Authority and Merrill Lynch Commodities Inc., and other documents and actions related thereto; and delegating authority to officers in connection therewith.
