Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-52535 Recommendation to conduct a study session regarding Harborlight Marina. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-52386 Recommendation to endorse submission to approve a fee waiver for the Seal Beach Yacht Club (SLBYC), in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00, for use of dock space in Alamitos Bay Marina for visiting/participating vessels for Opening Day festivities on May 4, 2024; the Seal Beach to Dana Point Regatta on July 6, 2024 and during the 2024 Marina Del Rey "Outlaw" Regatta on August 31, 2024. (District 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-52387 Recommendation to endorse the submission to approve a fee waiver for the Long Beach Yacht Club, in an amount not to exceed $8,250.00, for use of dock space in Alamitos Bay Marina for visiting/participating vessels during the 2024 Ficker and Congressional Cups for the period of April 18 - April 28, 2024 and the Long Beach Olympic Classes Regatta for the period of July 19 - 21, 2024. (District 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 7. 24-52388 Recommendation to endorse the submission to approve a fee waiver for the Little Ships Fleet Yacht Club, in an amount not to exceed $5,000, for use of dock space in Alamitos Bay Marina for racing and cruise celebrations for the period of April 21, 2024 through August 24, 2024. (District 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 8. 24-52389 Recommendation to receive and file the Manager's monthly oral updates. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 9. 24-52390 Recommendation to receive and file the Committee status reports. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
