Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 22-050PR Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a First Amendment to Right of Entry Permit No. P-00249, and any other necessary documents, with California State University, Long Beach, a public university, to access Recreation Park to install a replacement scoreboard for Blair Field. (District 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 22-051PR Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to approve resurfacing two soccer mini pitches at existing futsal courts located at DeForest Park and to issue all documents necessary for a Right of Entry Permit to TD Sports, Inc., a Delaware Corporation of Sacramento, CA, doing business as Sport Court of Southern California, for a one-year term beginning December 1, 2022, through November 30, 2023. (District 9) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 22-053PR Recommendation to excuse Commissioners absent from the meeting of the Parks and Recreation on November 17, 2022. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
