Year 2023 (FY 23) General Park Mid-Year fee changes and make such
changes effective November 18, 2022.

3. 22-049PR Recommendation to consider approval, or denial, of the fee waiver
requests outlined in Attachment “A” in accordance with the Fee Waiver
policy.

4. 22-050PR Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and
Marine to execute a First Amendment to Right of Entry Permit No.
P-00249, and any other necessary documents, with California State
University, Long Beach, a public university, to access Recreation Park to
install a replacement scoreboard for Blair Field. (District 3)
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
5. 22-051PR Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and
Marine to approve resurfacing two soccer mini pitches at existing futsal
courts located at DeForest Park and to issue all documents necessary for
a Right of Entry Permit to TD Sports, Inc., a Delaware Corporation of
Sacramento, CA, doing business as Sport Court of Southern California,
for a one-year term beginning December 1, 2022, through November 30,
2023. (District 9)
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
6. 22-053PR Recommendation to excuse Commissioners absent from the meeting of the
Parks and Recreation on November 17, 2022.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.

7. 22-052PR Recommendation to receive and file the Director's monthly highlights
report, "We Create Community" and "Director's Highlights" for November

Opportunity is given to those members of the public who would like to address the Parks and
Recreation Commission on non-agenda items. Each speaker is limited to three minutes. The
Brown Act prohibits members of the Commission from responding to public comment on
non-agenda items. The public also has the option to provide comments by submitting an email
