STUDEBAKER ROAD, 9:00 AM 3. 22-057PR Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right-of-Entry Permit, and any other necessary documents, with Partners of Parks, a California nonprofit corporation, on behalf of Friends of Miracle on 4th Street Park, for a period of one year, from December 1, 2022, to November 30, 2023, for the installation, planting, and maintenance of planter boxes to create a Western Monarch Butterfly Waystation. (District 2) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 22-058PR Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to approve field improvements at Heartwell Park, fields BB2, BB12, and TB1, and to issue all documents necessary for a Right-of-Entry Permit to Lakewood Village Little League, a California nonprofit corporation, from December 1, 2022, to November 30, 2023. (District 5) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 22-059PR Recommendation to excuse Commissioners absent from the meeting of the Parks and Recreation on December 15, 2022. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. DIRECTOR'S REPORT TO COMMISSION 6. 22-060PR Recommendation to receive and file the Director’s monthly highlights report, “We Create Community” and “Director’s Highlights” for December 2022. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. PUBLIC COMMENT Opportunity is given to those members of the public who would like to address the Parks and Recreation Commission on non-agenda items.
