(District 7) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-54549 Recommendation to find the projects listed in the proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Improvement Program (FY 2025 CIP) in conformity with the General Plan. (Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-54550 Recommendation to receive and file a study session on the implementation of and potential updates to the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (Chapter 21.67) that currently require market rate housing developments to include a proportion of affordable units in the development project. Potential changes include expanding the requirement citywide and changing the affordability level requirements, amongst other changes. (Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
