READING OF MISSION STATEMENT We advocate to improve the quality of life for Long Beach's culturally diverse older population by expanding knowledge and services related to education, health, housing, public transportation, safety, technology and language access. Each speaker is limited to three minutes. The Brown Act prohibits Commissioners from responding to comments on non-agenda items.
