2. 22-0490 Recommendation to receive and file legislative update reports from the
City’s State delegation offices.

3. 22-0491 Recommendation to receive and file staff recommendations for the City’s
2022 State Legislative Agenda; consider adding items related to the
proposed Taxpayer Protection and Government Accountability Act
initiative, SB 1226 (Durazo), and advancing women’s reproductive health;
and forward the Committee’s recommendations to the City Council for
adoption.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
