Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 22-014TI Recommendation to receive and file a progress report on the Technology & Innovation Commission white paper titled "Analysis and recommendations for regulating facial recognition technology and other "smart" devices and platforms", and to discuss next steps for distribution and outreach. Each speaker will be limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair.
