Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-52262 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Successor Annual Report Regarding the Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Asset Fund for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 and direct the President to post and distribute the report as required by Section 34176.1 of the California Health and Safety Code. (Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-52263 Recommendation to approve a contract with Linc Housing Corporation in the amount of up to $343,365 for the demolition of two structures at 4151 E. Fountain Street; Approve an up to $343,365 increase to the loan to Linc Housing Corporation; and, Authorize the President or designee to execute any and all documents necessary related to the demolition contract and loan increase.
