1. 23-25108 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Transactions and Use Tax
Citizens' Advisory Committee meeting held Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
2. 23-25109 Recommendation to receive and file a presentation from the Office of Ethics and
Transparency regarding the Ethics Program.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
3. 23-25110 Recommendation to confirm that the City Council’s adopted Measure A FY 24 plan,
made as part of the Fiscal Year 24 Budget, conforms with the intent of Resolutions
No. RES-16-0018 and RES-19-0127 prioritizing spending and with the language
contained in the ballot measures as expressed in Resolution No. RES-16-0017 and
RES-19-0173.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
4. 23-25111 Recommendation to receive and file an update on the Long Beach Fire
Department’s use of Measure A funding in Fiscal Year 23 to support Paramedic
Rescue 12, and Engines 8 and 17, and uses of Measure A in FY 23.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
