Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 22-012TU Recommendation to confirm that the City Manager’s proposed Measure A spending plan in the Proposed Fiscal Year 23 Budget conforms with the intent of Resolution Nos. RES-16-0018 and RES-19-0127 prioritizing spending and with the language contained in the ballot measure expressed in Resolution Nos. RES-16-0017 and RES-19-0173.
