1. 22-013TU Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Transactions and Use Tax
Citizens' Advisory Committee meeting held Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

2. 22-014TU Recommendation to confirm that the City Council's adopted Measure A
FY 23 plan, made as part of the Fiscal Year 23 Budget, conforms with the
intent of Resolution Nos. RES-16-0018 and RES-19-0127 prioritizing
spending and with the language contained in the ballot measures as
expressed in Resolution Nos. RES-16-0017 and RES-19-0173.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
3. 22-015TU Recommendation to receive and file an update on Measure A
infrastructure projects.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
4. 22-016TU Recommendation to receive and file an update on the Long Beach Fire
Department's use of Measure A funding in Fiscal Year 22 to support
Paramedic Rescue 12, and Engines 8 and 17, and uses of Measure A
FY 21 surplus as one-times in FY 22.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
5. 22-017TU Recommendation to receive and file a discussion regarding upcoming
Committee meeting dates and topics.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
