Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 24-52416 Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to execute the Second Amendment to Agreement WD-3709 with 3D Built, for the Ground Water Treatment Plant (GWTP) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Project (EO- 3500), for an additional amount of $125,000, to a new contract total amount not to exceed $954,130. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-52417 Recommendation to adopt Resolution UT-1511 authorizing the General Manager to execute a contract, and any necessary subsequent amendments, with Ferguson Enterprises, LLC dba Ferguson Facilities Supply, to furnish and deliver as-needed plumbing supplies, on the same terms and conditions afforded to the County of Orange, in a total annual amount not to exceed $1,500,000 until the County of Orange contract expires on February 10, 2029, for as long as the County of Orange contract is in effect.
