Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-52611 Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Water Replenishment District of Southern California regarding the Groundwater Augmentation, Groundwater Collection System, and New Wells Site Study (EO-3529). Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-52612 Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to execute a Schedule I, Transaction-Based Natural Gas Storage Service Agreement with the Southern California Gas Company for natural gas storage capacity rights. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 24-52613 Receive and file the Fiscal Year 2024 Mid-Year Financial Review Report.
