Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 24-52807 Recommendation to adopt Specifications UD-24-156 and authorize the General Manager to execute contracts with Mitra Automation Technologies, Inc., and Mako Automation, Inc. to provide on-call professional services for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Radio Communication Network in an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for a term of three years. Suggested Action: Approved recommendation. 3. 24-52808 Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to execute a Gas Services Agreement with Shell Energy North America (US), L.P., (SENA) for nomination, scheduling, and other tasks associated with natural gas delivery to the Long Beach Utilities Department natural gas pipeline system in the amount of $390,000 for a term of five years. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-52809 Recommendation to adopt Resolution UT-1512 authorizing the issuance of Senior Water Revenue Bonds (Series 2024 Bonds) and all related documents in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $98 million, secured and solely payable from Water Fund revenues.
