AGENDA City Council Executive Session March 14, 2023, 6:00 PM City Council Study Session Room, 350 Kimbark St. Executive Sessions are closed-door meetings, not Open Meetings, except for the first portion of the meeting when the body gathers, takes roll, and then moves and votes to go into Executive Session.
