AGENDA City Council Executive Session August 22, 2023, 5:30 PM City Council Study Session Room, 350 Kimbark St. Executive Sessions are closed-door meetings, not Open Meetings, except for the first portion of the meeting when the body gathers, takes roll, and then moves and votes to go into Executive Session. Anyone wishing to attend the open portion of the Executive Session should contact the City Clerk’s Office at (303) 651-8649 for instructions. 1. Roll Call 2.
