CHAIR REMINDER TO THE PUBLIC Anyone wishing to speak at “First Call – Public Invited To Be Heard” will need to add his or her name to the Public Invited To Be Heard sign-up list. Only those on the list will be invited to speak at the first “Public Invited To Be Heard.” City Council Regular Session (livestreamed), April 09, 2024 Page 1  Speakers who do not place their names on the list will have the opportunity to speak during public hearing items this evening or at the “Final Call – Public Invited To Be Heard” at the end of the meeting. Public participation at regular and special City Council meetings is regulated by Rule 5 of City Council Rules of Procedure. • Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes and one person may not give or assign their time to others.
