TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $390,000 in the Council District 5 portion of the Street Furniture Revenue Fund No. 43D/50, to the Public Works Fund No. 100/74, Account No. 003040 (Contractual Services) to be used for continued community clean up services by the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, for an additional twelve­month period, in Council District Five. 2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works, Office of Community Beautification to prepare, process and execute the necessary document(s) or agreement(s) with the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, or any other agency or organization, as appropriate, in the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form, if needed. 3. APPROVE $18,433 of General City Purposes ­ Council Community Projects funds to effectuate the replacement of the fencing at the Venice Bridge Home. 2.
