CITY OF LYNNWOOD LEOFF-1 DISABILITY BOARD - REGULAR LEOFF-1 DISABILITY BOARD MEETING MINUTES December 9, 2025 1. Call to Order Chairman Mike McBride called the December 2025 LEOFF-1 Disability Board meeting to order at 9:00am. 2. Roll Call All LEOFF-1 Disability Board Members were in attendance at the December 2025 LEOFF-1 Disability Board meeting. Present: Chairman Michael McBride Vice Chairman John Conderman Council Member Nick Coelho Council Member George Hurst Member at Large Ed dos Remedios Board Secretary Kaitlyn Martin 3. Approval of Minutes 3.1 Approval of the November 18, 2025 LEOFF-1 Disability Meeting minutes. Moved by John Conderman; seconded by Ed dos Remedios to Approve Motion to approve the November 18, 2025 LEOFF-1 Disability Board Meeting minutes.. Motion Passed: 5- 0 Voting For: Michael McBride, John Conderman, Ed dos Remedios, Nick Coelho, George Hurst Voting Against: None 4. Audit of Claim 4.1 Routine Claims 4.2 Motion for Audit of Claims Moved by George Hurst; seconded by Nick Coelho to Approve Motion to approve the presented claims.. 1  Motion Passed: 5- 0 Voting For: Michael McBride, John Conderman, Ed dos Remedios, Nick Coelho, George Hurst Voting Against: None 5. Old Business 5.1 LEOFF-1 Disability Board Fire Representative Nomination Board Secretary Kaitlyn Martin announced that John Conderman was unanimously nominated for the LEOFF-1 Disability Board Fire Representative position. John Conderman was re-elected unopposed and will start his 2026-2027 term in January. 6. New Business None.
