The Clerk calls the roll. 1. Appointment of chairman and clerk of the Board. 2. Acceptance of the voter checklist additions, deletions, and changes from February 4, 2025 through April 25, 2025. Ladies and Gentlemen, what is your pleasure? 3. Approval for the City Clerk to send 30-Day letters as deemed necessary from April 25, 2025 through and including July 11, 2025. Ladies and Gentlemen, what is your pleasure? 4. Approval for the City Clerk to remove with no action those 800 names received through the National Change of Address (NCOA) program which display a domicile address matching the NCOA address in the Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS). Ladies and Gentlemen, what is your pleasure? 5. Approval for the City Clerk to remove those 12 names received through the National Change of Address (NCOA) program who have moved out of the city of Manchester. Ladies and Gentlemen, what is your pleasure? 6. Approval for the City Clerk to change those 1,374 voter’s addresses in the Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS) to the address provided by the National Change of Address (NCOA) program.
