CITY OF MONROE AIRPORT BOARD OF MANAGEMENT MINUTES DATE: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2026 TIME: 5:00 PM PLACE: MONROE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT - W4711 WI-59 A. CALL OF ORDER AND ROLL CALL The Airport Board meeting was called to order on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Present at roll call were Alders Tom Miller & Dylan McGuire, Clarence Peters, Barrett Briggs, Mike Lambert, and Bill Liimatainen. Also present was Robert Driver. B. CORRECTION OF MINUTES - JANUARY 28, 2026 The January 28, 2026, minutes were approved as presented. C. FUEL SALES REPORT Through January 28, 2026, 8,033 gallons of fuel were sold compared to 9,695 gallons in 2025. D. REVIEW FINANCIAL STATEMENT 1. Income Statement and Detail Reports Nothing unusual. E. BUSINESS 1. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Ordinance Revisions The board would like crop dusting containment put on the next agenda. 2. Discussion and Possible Action Airport Layout Plan Nothing new.  3. Discussion and Possible Action Runway 2-20 Reconstruction The agreement was signed yesterday, Monday, February 23, 2026. Work will begin once weather conditions allow and will utilize the same engineer as the main runway project. 4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Moving Official Monthly Meeting Date & Time A motion was made by Barrett Briggs, seconded by Bill Liimatainen, to change the official meeting date to the fourth Tuesday of the month. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote. F. BUSINESS PRESENTED BY MEMBERS Filling of Board Vacancy Ordinance Revisions Runway 2-20 Reconstruction Land Lease Chamber After Five Event G. SET NEXT MEETING DATE Tuesday, March 24, 2026 H. ADJOURNMENT A motion made by Clarence Peters, seconded by Mike Lambert to adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. This Board may take any action it considers appropriate related to any item on this agenda.
