CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Present in person were Heidi Treuthardt, Craig Franke, Matt Sheaffer, and Richard Thoman. B. CORRECTION OF MINUTES - MAY 5, 2026 The May 5, 2026 minutes were accepted as presented. C. UTILITIES SUPERVISOR D. DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS 1. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to Common Council Awarding Contract for 2026 Curb and Gutter Repair Al Gerber reviewed the bids and recommended awarding the project to the low bidder, Potrykus Construction LLC, in the amount of $493,510.74. A motion was made by Sheaffer, seconded by Treuthardt, to approve and recommend to Common Council the awarding the project to the low bidder, Potrykus Construction LLC, in the amount of $493,510.74. The motion passed 4-0, by the following vote: AYES:Richard Thoman, Matt Sheaffer, Heidi Treuthardt, Craig Franke NOES:None ABSENT:None ABSTAINED: None  2. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to Common Council Approving Update to the Roadway Functional Classification for the City of Monroe Al Gerber explained that this is a 10-year review conducted by the State, which includes recommendations for road reclassifications. A motion was made by Treuthardt, seconded by Sheaffer, to approve and recommend to Common Council the resolution. The motion passed 4-0, by the following vote: AYES:Richard Thoman, Matt Sheaffer, Heidi Treuthardt, Craig Franke NOES:None ABSENT:None ABSTAINED: None E. BUISNESS PRESENTED BY MEMBERS F.
