CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 4:52 PM. Present in person were Corinne Wartenweiler, Lynne Kleven, and Craig Franke. Absent was Matt Sheaffer. B. CORRECTION OF MINUTES - FEBRUARY 9, 2026 The February 9, 2026, minutes were accepted as presented. C. BUSINESS PRESENTED BY POLICE DEPARTMENT 1. Approval and Recommendation of Special Event Permit: Main Street Monroe's St. Patrick's Day Parade A motion was made by Kleven, seconded by Franke, to approve and recommend to Common Council. The motion passed 3-0, by the following vote: AYES: Lynne Kleven, Corinne Wartenweiler, Craig Franke NOES: None ABSENT: Matt Sheaffer ABSTAINED: None D. BUSINESS BY MEMBERS E. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Kleven, seconded by Wartenweiler, to adjourn at 4:54 PM.
