CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The Salary & Personnel Committee meeting was called to order on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:05 PM. Present in person were Heidi Treuthardt, Corrine Wartenweiler, Christopher Vestin, and Craig Franke. B. CORRECTION OF MINUTES - MARCH 9, 2026 The minutes from March 9, 2026, were accepted as presented. C. BUSINESS: CLOSED UNDER WIS. STATS. 19.85 (1)(C) 1. BUSINESS CLOSED: Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: REGARDING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE EVALUATION A motion was made by Treuthardt, seconded by Wartenweiler, to entered closed session at 6:07 PM. The motion passed 4-0, by the following vote: AYES:Craig Franke, Heidi Treuthardt, Corinne Wartenweiler, Christopher Vestin NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAINED: None The committee adjourned was closed session.
