7.a Consider a request from the Facility Maintenance Department to adopt a Resolution
authorizing the donation of surplus fitness equipment to Iredell Statesville Schools.

7.b Consider a request from Public Utilities to adopt a Resolution to approve a planned
amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services with Willis Engineers for
construction phase services for the WTP #1 Renovations Project. This amendment
will increase the not to exceed amount of the contract from $716,000 to $850,000.
These costs are eligible for reimbursement under the Town's ARP funding for the
project. Contract #25-299
The Board is expecting this amendment based on the award of construction contract
presentation at the November 18 Board meeting. Funding for the amendment is
available in the budgeted project ordinance.

7.c Consider a request from Public Utilities to adopt a Resolution awarding a contract to
William Stanley DBA Regional Asphalt Services LLC in an amount not to exceed
$97,800.00 for paving work at Water Treatment Plants #1 and #2. Contract #25-295

7.d Consider a request from Public Utilities to adopt a Resolution to enter into an
Agreement for Professional Services with Withers Ravenel, Inc. in an amount not to
exceed $117,650 for the design of the Dye Creek Sewer Replacement and approve the
associated budget amendment. Contract #25-306
Project was recommended in the Master Plan, further evaluated in a preliminary
engineering project, and found to be necessary for future needs as it is the receiving
sewer for the planned Reeds Creek Pump Station replacement project. It was
included in the FY24 PFP list for design in FY25. A figure showing the location of the
sewer to be replaced is attached.

June Staton Goodman is seeking Town of Mooresville Residential Low Intensity with
Conditions (C-RLI) for a 54.478-acre site located at 1304 Oakridge Farm Highway
(PIN 4677457688). The property is currently zoned Iredell County Residential
Agricultural (RA) and Neighborhood Business (NB).
