6.h Consider a request to adopt a Resolution to authorize execution of a development
agreement with the South Iredell Community Development Corporation and
authorize execution of a Release Deed for Lot 4 of the Mooresville Business Park
East, releasing Lot 4 from a Deed of Trust held by the Town recorded in Book 2220,
Page 2349, Iredell County Registry.
The SICDC is selling Lot 4 of the Mooresville Business Park East. As part of the sale,
the SICDC will remit to the Town a portion of the proceeds from the sale, but
requests to retain $826,340 which will be used for the construction of a 600 foot
road, and completion of road improvements identified in a mitigation measures
agreement with the Town and NCDOT.

6.i Consider a request from Risk Management to adopt a Resolution to approve an
amendment to the Town's contract with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management
Services LLC, Town of Mooresville Contract 24-465, to bind coverage for the
2025-2026 Property & Casualty insurance renewal.
6.j Consider a request from the Mooresville Downtown Commission to adopt a
Resolution approving a Temporary Road Closure for the 2025 Uncorked and Artsy
Event to be held on May 2, 2025. The temporary road closures will be between 5 p.m.
and 9:30 p.m. and include the following streets:
• Main Street from Center Avenue to Moore Avenue
• Broad Street from Center Avenue to Moore Avenue
• Moore Avenue from Main Street to Broad Street
• Center Avenue from Broad Street to Main Street

as the Mooresville Convention & Visitor's Bureau to adopt a Resolution approving a
Temporary Road Closure for the 2025 BoardR Amateur Skate Competition to be held
on April 11, 2025. The temporary road closure will be between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. and

7.b Consider a request from the Legal Department to adopt an Ordinance to amend
the Town of Mooresville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 3, Animals.
The proposed amendments to Chapter 3 of the Town's Code of Ordinances include
updates to better regulate animals in the Town. This is the first reading of the
ordinance, and a second reading will be required on March 3 for final adoption of
the ordinance.
