Road. The request is to rezone from Town of Mooresville Hybrid Light Industrial
(HLI) and Neighborhood Mixed Use with Conditions (RMX-C) to Residential Low-
Intensity (RLI).
John and Paige Meadows are seeking Residential Low-Intensity (RLI) zoning for a
71.60-acre site located on Wiggins Road (PINs 4678465650, 4678479350). The
site is currently zoned Town of Mooresville Hybrid Light Industrial (HLI) and
Neighborhood Mixed Use with Conditions (RMX-C).
